The Plunge (oil)

The original idea for this painting came from David Hockney and his paintings of naked men plunging into a swimming pool. I have always been captivated by patterns in water I thought it would be a nice idea to do a series of paintings of naked females plunging into a swimming pool emphasising the whirls and ripples in the water caused by the plunge.
