When I was working for a
safari company in Tanzania they had a camp site on the banks of a dry
river which flowed into the Tarangire National Park, one of the best parks
for elephant in Tanzania. I was able to take many photographs of elephant
digging for water in the sand. This painting is based on several I took. The Park is also noted for its baobabs. . |
