My Art Work I paint mostly in oils and pastels. I often combine the two. I paint on board and commercially produced surfaces. In addition I often take the opportunity to make sketches.

A lot of my subject matter comes from nature. I am excited by textures in rocks and mud. I am fascinated by patterns in water and the idea to paint nudes in water is a great source of inspiration for me. I also paint domestic animals using pastels only. |
| Like Degas, I find dancers a great source of inspiration. I have recently started painting nudes in historical settings. In the future I want to concentrate on painting nudes. |
